September 29, 2009 - Early voting starts today!

Early voting starts today and is critical to the Union Terminal campaign’s success in November. 

If you’ve never had the experience of skipping lines at the polls and voting at the comfort of your kitchen table, click here fill out your vote-by-mail request form and have your ballot mailed to your home.

Who is allowed to vote early?

Everyone! 
Recently, Ohio’s election laws changed to allow registered voters to cast an absentee ballot without providing a reason.  It is now called early voting and it starts September 29 – today!  Ohio gives its registered voters two options to vote early: one, to cast their ballots in-person at the Hamilton County Board of Elections; or, two, to vote by mail. 

How can you vote early for Union Terminal?

Voting by mail is the simplest way to say YES to Union Terminal. Any registered voter in Ohio can request an absentee/vote-by-mail ballot. If you would like to vote for Union Terminal by mail, you can request your ballot using this form

Vote Early at the Board of Elections
Voters in Hamilton County may cast their ballots in-person at the Board of Elections beginning September 29. The Board of Elections is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday and is located at 824 Broadway, Cincinnati, OH 45202.

Dates You Need to Know

September 29:             Absentee Voting Begins and Early Voting Begins
October 5:                    Voter Registration Deadline
October 31:                  Applications by mail for absentee ballot requests must be received by the board of elections by noon
November 3:                Election Day! Vote yes for Union Terminal!
